Delivery & Shipping Information

At Vintage Art, we strive to Hand deliver your order within one to two days after receiving payment. Please note that during peak times, dispatch may take between 1:00 to 10:00 working days.

Delivery

All orders are hand delivered across the island of Ireland. All orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. Ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to you upon receipt.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We're sorry if your purchase arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described. If you believe you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please e-mail Kevin at info@irelandmade.ie with a description and a clear photograph of the issue. Once reviewed we will arrange a free return and replacement if the item is indeed defective.

Inspection and Notification

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If goods are damaged or incorrect, notify us in writing within 5 working days. While we make every reasonable effort to meet estimated delivery dates, these are not guaranteed. All orders will be hand delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. Ownership and responsibility for the goods transferred to you upon receipt.

If you are returning items at your own expense, please use a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility otherwise. If returned items are found to be damaged due to the buyer's handling, costs may be incurred. Refunds for faulty goods will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned items at our office. If goods are not returned after cancellation, the cost may be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the refund repair in your account. Any unpaid postage fees will be deducted from the refund. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the refund is processed.
